1/30/24- Attitude & Choices

We have been given free will. The ability to chose what we will do today. How we will spend our time. And our attitude will also be our choice. How do you chose to live this day?

When I woke on 11/19/2016 at 4:30 am with shooting burning pain running down both my arms, I was scared of what was happening with my body. Was I dying? This sensation lasted for about 30- 40 minutes. After this occurrence, my arms were very weak throughout the day. After a week of this same recurring episode like clockwork at early dawn, I was even more fearful of what was occurring with my body. The fear had a grip on me. I resolved to heading down to our recliner where I opened my Bible and read God's word.

Hebrews 13: 5- "For He Himself has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you.'"

I learned to find comfort in His word and through prayer. It took time to train my thoughts and release the fear. God has been faithful to me and healed me.
