Do you have something in nature that shows up from time to time and reminds you of a loved one?

In all honesty, after I typed that opener, I looked up and a red Cardinal flew by. I haven’t seen a red Cardinal in weeks. The red Cardinal is our state bird, and they are typically always in our yard. This particular species is my reminder of my in-laws. It’s all too appropriate that I see this reminder today, as this is the day their son, and my husband was born. He is our 10/4!


Jeremiah 29: 11- 13
